Patients without appointments may come and wait but can not be given priority. If this is your first visit, endoscopy can not be done the same day. Unless you need blood tests, you do not need to fast. Please bring the following items when visiting us:
- All medications, ideally with bottles
- Any prior blood tests
- X-ray, or previous endoscopy reports
- Insurance card and photo ID

Payment Policy
Financial obligations are defined by an agreement between you and your insurance company. We are bound by law to collect them.
Co-pay: your insurance company usually lists the exact amount to be paid
Deductible: the exact amount may not be known until the claim is processed
Co-insurance: the exact amount may not be known until the claim is processed
We ask that you provide us with your credit/debit card information so that we can bill the exact amount owed after the claim is processed by your insurance company. Alternatively, you can make an estimated payment if you do not want to have your credit/debit card on file. (This estimate is based on eligibility and benefit verification with your insurance company before the service is rendered.) You can also call your insurance company to verify this information. We will refund overpayment or send you an invoice for underpayment.
If you have a Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account and we can not verify, we ask you to provide credit/debit card information or make an estimated payment.
